In addition to all of the above, if you want to keep an eye on your precious boat and see it safely moored from the terrace, Villa Hana will fulfil your desire! There are two mooring spaces in the sea across from the house, for boats up to eleven metres.

Villa Hana, built as the family dream house by the owner’s parents Hana and Dragomir Vojnić, has been thoroughly renovated in 2022. The house offers modern luxuries and state-of-the-art technologies and appliances. However, the warmth of the Mediterranean architecture has been preserved, and the renovations were done carefully in order to protect lush local vegetation nourished by mama Hana for decades.

The house has three bedrooms with king-size beds and lavish en suite bathrooms, and each of them offers different amenities:

• Olive bedroom offers an access to the terrace with a whirlpool /jacuzzi
• Master bedroom has a private terrace under the pine forest
• Pool Suite has a magnificent sea view and a direct pool access, as well as a kitchen-bar and a chill-out space after a long day of swimming and sunbathing.

The internet is available on the whole property, and each of the rooms have a work/vanity desk with an Internet outlet. All rooms in the house are outfitted with ACs and a floor heating system for cooler periods of the year.

For the film and music lovers, there is IP TV (with a database containing thousands of movies and TV shows), Netflix and the internet radio. The pool terrace has outside speakers which can always contribute to the relaxing atmosphere. For your safety, the house is equipped with video surveillance and an alarm system.

Property Layout Details

The main entry to the house is on the first floor and it leads to a kitchen with a living room, which opens to a large (40 ㎡) terrace with an exceptional panoramic view overlooking the Lošinj bay, shaded with two bioclimatic pergolas (containing movable roof and separate shade to protect you from the afternoon sun).

Numerous cascade terraces and gardens surround the house: living room terrace (40 ㎡), Master room private terrace (25㎡ ), pool terrace (120㎡) with garden dining area and sunbeds, secluded terrace with a barbecue and stone washbasin (20㎡ ), sunbathing terrace above the garage (35 ㎡) with a pergola, whirlpool terrace (20㎡ above the house with a magnificent sea view, a private terrace in the pine forest above the house (25㎡) and over 400 ㎡ of Mediterranean garden surrounding the house.

The house has 6 parking spaces in the front of a standalone garage. Half of the garage space is dedicated to the fitness area (training bench with weights/barbell set, multi-functional exercise machine, Pilates ball) and we offer 2 bikes for your recreation.

You can go swimming right in front of the house, while the Poljana beach with cafes, boats and jet ski rental, and the dog beach are 400 m away. Beneath the house there is also a seaside promenade with a bike track, which leads to the Marine (1 km away) and to the centre of Mali Losinj (further 2km away).
